In the heart of Île d’Orléans, on the banks of the St. Lawrence River, you’ll find all the pleasures of maple syrup season at Sucrerie Blouin. Their authentic menu including stewed meatballs, syrup pudding and homemade cretons will certainly remind you of your childhood memories and your grandmother’s old-fashioned cooking. Prices vary depending on the number of people per table, so we suggest booking in advance.
