HÔTEL NOMAD Québec City, Canada
These Terms and Conditions constitute the contract binding
Hôtel Nomad and
the guest holding the reservation.
Any confirmed reservation constitutes a firm, final and reciprocal commitment: the guest commits to the selected dates, room type and rate, and Hôtel Nomad commits to making the corresponding accommodation available under the agreed conditions.
As hotel rooms constitute a perishable product, confirmation of the reservation results in their immediate removal from sale for the dates concerned and their unavailability to other guests.
1. Rates and Taxes
Rates are indicated in Canadian dollars.
Applicable taxes (GST, QST and lodging tax) are not included unless otherwise specified.
2. Reservation Methods
Reservations may be made through the hotel’s official website or directly with the hotel.
Each direct reservation is confirmed subject to availability and the conditions in effect at the time of booking.
Any reservation made through a partner (online travel agency, third-party platform or other distributor) is governed by that partner’s terms and conditions and handled directly by them. Hôtel Nomad cannot be held responsible and cannot intervene.
3. Credit Cards and Deposits
A valid credit card, in the name of the guest listed on the reservation, is required to guarantee all bookings.
Upon arrival, the guest must present a valid credit card, ideally the one used at the time of booking.
The following will then be processed, in the guest’s presence:
- Payment of the outstanding balance of the stay, if applicable
- A $500 pre-authorization to cover any potential extras or damages
The transaction is processed through a payment terminal with PIN entry.
The pre-authorization will be released on the day of departure, around noon, provided no additional charges are identified.

that displays a staff member or guest without written consent.
13. Dialogue and Satisfaction

We value direct dialogue and friendly exchanges. Being hoteliers means ensuring the comfort and quality of each guest’s experience. If an adjustment proves necessary, we intervene with diligence and within reasonable limits.

We encourage responsible and respectful use of public platforms. Any communication or publication containing manifestly inaccurate, misleading or defamatory information may be subject to appropriate legal remedies.
